For custom battery packs, the estimated lead time for the entire development, production, and delivery process is 25-30 working days. We provide a warranty of 3 years for our cells and battery packs. In the unlikely event of any defects, we will replace the batteries. However, please note that we do not offer warranty coverage for batteries that have been improperly maintained. This includes cases of incorrect polarity, improper installation, overheating during storage or usage, physical damage, fire, freezing, water damage, tampering, terminal damage, failure to properly charge the battery, or exceeding the rated charge/discharge cycles.
