A cikin duniyar Robots Wayar hannu masu cin gashin kansu (AMRs), baturi ba tare da hanyar sadarwa ba shine a “akwatin baki.” Don ma'aikatan jirgin ruwa da injiniyoyi, sanin wutar lantarki ne kawai bai isa ba. Don samun 'yancin kai na gaskiya, amincin manufa, da kuma ROI na dogon lokaci, dole ne baturin sadarwa tare da mai sarrafa robot.
Haɗin kai na CANBus da Saukewa: RS485 ladabi a cikin Smart Battery Management Systems (BMS) ya canza yadda AMRs ke sarrafa iko. A cikin wannan zurfin nutsewar fasaha, muna bincika yadda waɗannan ka'idojin sadarwa ke haɓaka aiki da hana raguwar lokaci.

3. 3 Hanyoyin Sadarwa Yana Inganta Ayyukan AMR
A. Madaidaicin Tsare-tsaren manufa (Kawar da Range Damuwa)
Ba tare da sadarwa ba, AMR yana ƙididdige rayuwar baturi bisa ƙarfin lantarki-hanyar da ba daidai ba ce ga batir LiFePO4 saboda lanƙwan fitar da su.. Tare da CANBus/RS485, BMS yana samar da dijital Soc daraja. Wannan yana ba da damar software na sarrafa jiragen ruwa na robot don yanke shawara ko yana da isasshen “man fetur” don kammala aikin minti 30 ko kuma idan ya fara komawa tashar caji.
B. Advanced thermal Management
Robots na masana'antu galibi suna aiki a yanayin zafi (E.g., motsi daga tashar lodin sanyi zuwa ɗakin ajiya mai dumi). Ta hanyar RS485/CANBus, baturi na iya sigina robot don rage saurinsa (zane na yanzu) idan yanayin zafi na ciki ya tashi, hana kashewa mai wuya da tsawaita rayuwar baturi.
C. Cajin Automation mara kyau
Sadarwa yana ba da damar “musafaha” ladabi tsakanin AMR, Batirin, da Dock Cajin. Baturin zai iya “gaya” caja daidai abin da ake cajin bayanin martaba (Yanzu/Voltaji) tana bukata ne bisa halin da take ciki a yanzu, ba da damar lafiya da inganci Cajin Dama.
4. Tabbatar da gaba tare da Haɗin Haɗin Batir
